Budget brides everywhere rejoice. Not only should you ask for a discount, on EVERYTHING, but even Princess Kate asks for discounts! Yes the Princess of Wales. UPI has reported here that Kate Middleton once asked a shop owner for a discount. Cheers Kate, I respected you before but for this I truly bow down to you. Okay, I understand money isn't everything but I love love love this someecard.

I think every bride should go for what she wants on her wedding day, but why not get it for a reduced price? A lot of times all it takes is the question, Can you give me any discount if I order an extra one? Can we work out a reduced price if my day of coordinator handles that? :) Budgeting is not just about cutting things out but doing the most with what you've got. You may be really surprised with the amazing results. What's the worst that can happen, they say no? Easy enough, you were prepared to pay anyway. Happy shopping!

I would first like to toast the wedding guest and her generous gift. Here's to you! It is amazing how caught up a bride can get in her selfish wedding planning. I think this is a direct result of how the wedding industry targets brides and encourages them to feel like this day is all about them. I would like to propose a new idea. Your wedding should be all about thanking your family and friends. It is your gift to them. It is the ultimate thank you. Your family has helped raise you, your friends have supported you through thick and thin. How amazing would it be to give them a big thank you. Take them out to a fancy dinner. Play their favorite dance music. I encourage brides to change their perspective and not only avoid uncomfortable situations but maybe even have a more enjoyable day themselves. There was a recent study published stating that those people that are happiest are the most grateful for what they have, and tell those people that they are grateful for. Check out the video here.
